Shipping policy

**Processing Time**
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

**Estimated Delivery Time**
Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days for orders within Poland and Europe.
During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), delivery may take 2-3 additional days.

**Shipping Rates**
Poland: Free shipping on orders over 200 PLN. Standard shipping is 15 PLN for orders under 200 PLN.
International: Flat rate of 45 PLN.

**Tracking**
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.

**Customs and Duties**
International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

**Lost or Damaged Packages**
