**30-Day Return Policy**
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

**Conditions for Returns**
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

**How to Start a Return**
Contact us at brutalbuilddot@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

**Refunds**
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

**Late or Missing Refunds**
If you haven't received a refund after 14 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at brutalbuilddot@gmail.com.

**Sale Items**
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

**Exchanges**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at brutalbuilddot@gmail.com.

**Return Shipping**
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
